You can expect your order to be ready for shipping or pickup within approximately four to five weeks.
Please note that due to high demand, there might be potential delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please be advised that, given the high demand, some items may temporarily run out of stock in our warehouse. As a result, your order could be subject to adjustments based on our current inventory status.
A sales representative will reach out to you once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment. They
will provide you with an adjusted invoice reflecting any necessary changes. Upon reviewing and confirming your
order, you can proceed with the payment. We offer various payment methods, including COD, Zelle, Wire
transfer, and credit card. Kindly note that credit card payments will incur a 2% processing fee.

Yes. Normally, the theme will resize images to a default size (based on your width/height ratio setting). We also have Crop setting if you don’t want to scale the image.
Yes, you can. You can also set image border colours.
Yes, you can. Just simply follow the instructions in our Manual Guide, you will be able to easily create a multi-level menu.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Please make sure that you follow below steps:
1/ Download the package from themeforest.net (The file is in zip format)
2/ Extract the file you've just downloaded (Don't forget this step).
3/ Find this file: ella-x.x.x-sections-ready.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready x.x.x, then you just need to upload ella-x.x.x-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.
- If you would like to use Ella RTL version. Please find this file: ella-x.x.x-sections-ready-rtl.zip in the folder Ella Sections Ready x.x.x RTL, then you just need to upload ella-x.x.x-sections-ready-rtl.zip file to your Shopify store
- If you want to install child theme, please go to the corresponding theme folder
Yes. You can turn on/off almost any blocks on the page (featured products, slideshow, banners, related products, recent products,...).
Yes, we have a setting for you to switch between these two options: Display on Hover and Display on Click.
The theme package includes Theme source, Photoshop design files and manual guide.
That is not a problem. You just need to modify the width/height ratio in theme settings.
